$1,500,000.00 recovery for Brazilian immigrant who was rear-ended by a dump truck. Plaintiff suffered numerous facial fractures as well as a loss of brain tissue. He required surgery and hardware implantation.

$1,200,000.00 recovery for plaintiff who was rear-ended on Interstate 95 by a tractor trailer. The plaintiff suffered a lacerated intestine, numerous spinal injuries, and cognitive difficulties. He was further required to wear a colostomy bag after the collision.

$900,000.00 recovery against commercial railroad company on behalf of an injured factory worker who suffered a herniated lumbar disc after being knocked off a stationary rail car which was impacted by a moving train. The plaintiff underwent a lumbar fusion as a result of the collision.

Although the client had been riding in the back of the truck with the rear gate open, we were able to show that the driver of the truck had been operating it in a reckless manner.

$450,000.00 recovery for sixteen year old male who was ejected from the rear window of a vehicle being operated by his intoxicated friend. The plaintiff suffered a fractured cervical vertebra and had to wear a "halo" device for a period of time. Luckily, the plaintiff recovered fully.

$450,000.00 recovery for carpenter after a rear-end collision on the highway which caused neck and low back injuries. The plaintiff underwent neck surgery and remained symptomatic after the surgery.

$400,000.00 recovery for family of Ecuadorian immigrant who was struck by a vehicle while crossing a dark street. Although the deceased plaintiff was not using a crosswalk which was located approximately 150 feet from the spot of the collision, we were able to show that the defendant driver should have seen the plaintiff and avoided her but failed to do so.

$350,000.00 verdict for AAA battery replacement technician who slipped and fell on a poorly cleaned private driveway suffering back injuries necessitating a microdiscectomy.

$300,000.00 recovery for factory worker who was rear-ended on the highway and suffered injuries to his neck. He underwent extensive treatment and substantially recovered from his injuries.
